Finance Information & Important Notices.

The key distinctions between exploring a commercial finance scenario, making an enquiry and receiving a formal offer from a finance provider.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

What this website can help you explore

This website describes common commercial funding structures: secured and unsecured business finance, commercial property, construction and development finance, business acquisitions, invoice finance, lines of credit, equipment finance, trade finance and refinancing.

The descriptions are general education and discussion starters, not tailored financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, binding quotations or independent assessments of a specific transaction.

Finance availability and who makes the decision

The website is an enquiry and introduction service. It does not itself lend money, issue binding finance offers or guarantee that a finance provider will fund any project.

A finance provider considers factors appropriate to the facility, which may include the borrower’s trading history, earnings, financial statements, assets, security, project feasibility, debt obligations and transaction structure. The provider sets any finance offer and documentation.

Funding ranges and specialist enquiries

The main enquiry channel targets funding requirements from $1 million to $250 million. A separate specialist pathway handles proposals above $250 million. These are enquiry categories, not maximum lending commitments or representations that every product is available at every amount.

Substantial transactions may require staged drawdowns, multiple lenders, separate security, guarantees, independent valuations or due diligence. A transaction may be declined or offered on different terms.

Illustrative funding and repayment scenarios

Budget examples, growth assumptions and repayment calculations on this site are for exploration only. If a model displays interest-only, deferred-payment or principal-and-interest options, this does not mean that those options are offered by every lender or suitable for your business.

Repayment structures can change the total cost of funding, and reducing periodic repayments by extending a term may increase overall interest paid. Consider all fees, risks and obligations, including any residual or balloon amount.

When and where funds may be paid

Approval and drawdown timing vary by lender and transaction. Funding may be advanced to a borrower, supplier, vendor, project account or another recipient under the agreed facility documentation. Some development facilities release funds in stages as conditions are met.

A website enquiry alone does not trigger disbursement. If an offer is made, the relevant documents should explain the disbursement mechanism and conditions.

Independent assessment

Before entering into a major funding arrangement, consider professional financial, tax and legal advice appropriate to the proposed transaction. Neither a website scenario nor a preliminary conversation is a substitute for evaluating the full contract and the business consequences of borrowing.
